Delete your Jam Near Me account
You can start account deletion here or from Account in the mobile app.
What deletion removes
- Your account, consumer profile, and sign-in credentials
- Saved events, saved venues, and other favorites
- Notification preferences if they exist
- Personal attribution, email, and notes on submitted event suggestions
Business records are handled separately
Jam Near Me does not silently delete venues, events, or business records. If you are the only owner of a venue, account deletion is blocked until you transfer ownership, add another owner, or complete a separate venue-close process.
Request deletion
This action is permanent. The exact confirmation below helps prevent accidental deletion.
Sign-in provider access
Jam Near Me attempts to revoke Google or Apple access when a usable provider credential is available. If automatic revocation is unavailable, deletion still proceeds and you will receive a link to remove Jam Near Me from your provider account settings.
