Jam Near Me Beta Venue Terms
Current version: 2026-07-30-beta. These terms cover venue participation and future billing readiness during beta. Jam Near Me does not currently collect venue-plan payments.
Venue authorization
Only an approved venue owner or explicitly billing-authorized manager may accept these terms for a venue. Claim approval, partnership, venue verification, and plan assignment remain separate decisions.
Billing readiness
Accepting these terms records the authenticated account, venue, terms version, and acceptance time. It does not create a subscription, charge a payment method, or activate paid entitlements.
Verification and good standing
Paid-plan eligibility will require current Jam verification and a venue in good standing. Suspended venues cannot begin future paid billing.
Future changes
A new published version requires a new acceptance. Final billing, renewal, cancellation, downgrade, and refund terms will be published before payments are enabled.
