Submit accurate information

Use the event date, local start and end times, performer, price, venue, and age details published by the venue or another reliable source. Include a source link when possible. Do not guess or present rumors as confirmed information.

Suggestions are moderated

A public event suggestion is saved for review and does not appear automatically on the map. Jam may contact the venue, compare public sources, correct formatting, request more information, reject the submission, or retain an audit record of the decision.

Venue claims and listing requests

• Only request access for a business you are authorized to represent.
• Use business contact details and the least sensitive proof that establishes your relationship.
• Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, government identification unless Jam specifically requests it through an approved process, or unrelated personal records.
• Claim approval, venue verification, partnership, and paid-plan eligibility are separate decisions.

Photos and intellectual property

Upload only photos you created or are authorized to use. Do not upload copyrighted promotional images without permission, private images, deceptive edits, or images that expose sensitive personal information. Venue and event photos may be displayed publicly after upload.

Corrections and reports

Use correction and reporting tools for wrong times, artists, cancellations, duplicate listings, or other factual issues. Give enough context to review the report, but do not include harassment, threats, or unnecessary personal information.

What Jam may remove

Jam may reject or remove spam, impersonation, repeated duplicates, unsafe content, discriminatory or abusive content, illegal material, privacy violations, rights-infringing content, and submissions unrelated to local live-music discovery.
