Confirm important details with the venue before traveling or purchasing anything.

4. Submissions and venue content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Jam Near Me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights and permission needed to submit text, images, business information, and proof materials. Public suggestions are reviewed and do not publish automatically. 5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service safeguards.

• Buy, sell, or misrepresent venue verification or administrative access.

6. Maps and third-party services

Maps, directions, authentication, email delivery, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. Directions are estimates; use your own judgment and follow posted road, venue, and safety instructions.

7. Moderation and account action

Jam may review, reject, correct, remove, or limit content and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, accuracy, legal compliance, or protection of the service. Trust badges describe the source or review state of a listing; they are not endorsements or guarantees.

8. Service availability and disclaimers
