Plan changes and cancellation

How does cancellation work?

Cancel through your venue billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The venue then uses any valid beta or manual plan assignment, otherwise Free. Contact support if you need help.

What about refunds or a failed payment?

Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Contact support@jamnearme.com to request a billing review; any rights required by applicable law still apply. If a payment fails, update your payment method in billing settings. Paid features may pause if billing remains unresolved.

What happens to existing venue content?

Existing events, photos, members, and analytics history will not be automatically deleted solely because of cancellation. New actions may be limited when the venue exceeds Free-plan allowances.

Billing, cancellation, refund, and exceptional circumstances are governed by the Jam Near Me Venue Terms presented before purchase.
